When I was small, I have never considered the importance of time. I would just laze around, watch TV, lie in bed, and play video games. As I grew older, I thought about the things that I have achieved. To my surprise, I haven't accomplished a lot.

Quick Overview- I think the most important thing for people starting a workout program is to keep moving, so I highly recommend starting with a basic walking regiment ie. {like walk around the block}
I'm not the typical trainer, I don't think people want the stereotypical trainer you get at most clubs. My focus is more on "WHY" we do what we do, or don't do. So I like to think of myself as a life coach!

It has often been said that giving praise or compliments is indeed, a way to "Win Friend and Influence People" and yet, since everyone already knows this many can see through the veil of false praise. Fake kudos is so common that many now will not even take a compliment.
