A hero of mine

I don't normally do this but pauline nordin has always been a hero of mine.  here is an excerpt from her blog

I surprise myself every so often when I reflect upon my passion for iron. I am in general a person who has kind of a short attention span and I get bored easily, I want excitement and I always have some goals to work towards. So, the fact I actually go to the gym almost every day and been doing so now for ten years..doing the same thing over and over… LOL, it’s quite amazing! I wonder what it is that got me deeply hooked and how come it was always that way. My other interests come and go as certain as do the seasons, but this…is different.

Today my laptop died. It pushed my schedule off a lot since I live half my life writing on it, but it brought my old computer back that I had laying in the closet just in case I’d need him one day. You see, he (my computer eugene) never really died a few months ago, no he just had a heart attack or something and got all done and prepped. The apple staff polished him away from all my protein shake stains and pistachio shells between the buttons haha.

My legs were sore today. Did slow mode recuperation cardio and back training. All good. Actually great.

I saw three anorexic chicks on treadmills today. I wish I could’ve talked them straight… But it’s none of my business and I know they wouldn’t listen anyway. I know so because I didn’t listen to anyone when I thought starving and exercising was the way to go. I just hope they come to some kind of insight before they are too deep down physically and mentally.
